Job Summary & Key Responsibilities:

Visit dealers, distributors, contractors, and end customers in assigned territories

Generate new leads and develop new business opportunities

Promote and sell company steel products to achieve monthly targets

Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and clients

Collect market intelligence, competitor pricing, and customer feedback

Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-ups
-
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch
-
Prepare daily field visit and sales reports
Requirements & Skills:
-
1–4 years of field sales experience (steel, cement, construction, or building materials preferred)

Strong communication and negotiation skills
-
Good knowledge of the South & North Goa market
-
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
-
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory
-
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
