Job Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on CHRO to lead the complete HR function across all plant locations. The role will oversee HR strategy, compliance, talent management, performance systems, and employee engagement for both white-collar and blue-collar workforce. Manufacturing/industrial HR exposure is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Leadership

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals

Act as a strategic partner to leadership and plant heads

Build strong HR systems, processes, and governance
Manpower Planning & Talent Management

Handle end-to-end recruitment (white & blue collar – approx. 100 employees)

Manage 50+ blue-collar manpower across locations
-
Workforce planning, succession planning, and budgeting
Employee Relations & Engagement
-
Maintain healthy employee relations in a non-unionized setup

Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and engagement initiatives

Promote a positive and productive work culture
HR Operations & Compliance

Ensure statutory compliance (Factories Act, S&E, PF, ESI, CLRA, etc.)

Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and HRMS

Manage contract labor compliance and vendor coordination
Performance & Capability Development

Design and manage performance appraisal systems

Identify training needs and implement skill development programs

Support leadership development initiatives
Policy, Process & Audit

Draft and update HR policies, SOPs, and manuals

Support internal and external HR audits
-
Maintain HR MIS and management reporting
Key Requirements:

MBA in HR from a recognized institute

5–10+ years of HR leadership experience (manufacturing preferred)

Strong exposure to plant HR, statutory compliance, and labor management

Experience handling multi-location HR operations

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
