Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations at the site.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions

Coordinate interviews, offer letters, and onboarding

Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation

Assist with payroll inputs, leave management, and compliance

Handle employee queries and engagement activities

Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures

Support HR audits and reporting

Coordinate training and development activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate / MBA in HR or related field

1–2 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMIS

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Preferred:

Local candidate preferred for Corlim / Goa location
