Working together in the same organization, Vishakha and Nisha were closely involved in recruitment, staffing, onboarding, and HR operations. Through their everyday work, they witnessed a consistent gap—talented candidates struggling to find the right opportunities, and organizations struggling to find people who truly fit. More importantly, they realized that hiring had become transactional, losing its human touch.
Countless conversations, ideas shared during long workdays, and a mutual desire to create impact led to a powerful realization: they didn’t just want to work in the system—they wanted to improve it.
That realization gave birth to JobZio – Connecting Talent, Creating Careers.
Founded by Vishakha Jain and Co-Founder Nisha Yadav, JobZio was built on friendship, trust, and a people-first mindset.
