Sales Executive

Job Summary & Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit dealers, distributors, contractors, and end customers in assigned territories

  • Generate new leads and develop new business opportunities

  • Promote and sell company steel products to achieve monthly targets

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and clients

  • Collect market intelligence, competitor pricing, and customer feedback

  • Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-ups

  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch

  • Prepare daily field visit and sales reports

Requirements & Skills:

  • 1–4 years of field sales experience (steel, cement, construction, or building materials preferred)

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Good knowledge of the South & North Goa market

  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets

  • Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
