Plant Head – Sri City (Steel Processing Unit)

Role Overview
This is a leadership role focused on scaling operations — not maintenance. The Plant Head will take full operational command of the Sri City facility and drive its growth from 2,500 MT/month to 20,000 MT/month within 12–18 months.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end plant operations: slitting, decoiling, levelling, profiling, shearing, packaging, etc.

Drive throughput, OEE, uptime, cost optimization, and <1% rejection rates

Build and lead high-performance teams (30–100+ staff, multi-shift)

Implement Lean, TPM, 5S, and strong quality systems

Align production with sales & job work demands

Manage vendor coordination, preventive maintenance & supplier relationships

Ensure statutory compliance, EHS standards, and ISO procedures
Ideal Candidate

10+ years in operations leadership in coated coil/steel processing units

Strong exposure to GP, CRCA, color-coated steel & OEM customer handling

Proven track record of scaling manufacturing capacity
