Role: Lead Software Engineer
Location: Verna Industrial Area, Salcete, Verna (South Goa)

About the Role:

We are looking at a developer hands-on and skilled in Software Development and Architecture with hardware or networking knowledge too and someone based in Goa with over 5-8 years of work ex. 

Pure front-end developers or pure full stack developers are a NO as they would not be able to meet the needs of this role. 

People with backend, cloud, architecture, networking as well are leadership skills are needed for this role. Based on the profile and the candidate, we can determine the salary, it is a sliding window.

Responsibilities:

• Develop quality software and web applications
• Analyze and maintain existing software applications
• Design highly scalable, testable code
• Lead team initiatives and work with cross-functional teams on real-world engineering projects
• Contribute to product design and AI/software solutions for internal and client-facing tools
• Drive R&D initiatives and apply emerging technologies to solve business problems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
• Background in Automation, Networking (PLC, HMI, robotics) is a plus
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant work experience
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and learning mindset
• Full-stack development experience and experience in system architecture
• Data analytics / AI or networking knowledge is a plus
• Development experience with Python and experience with cloud services
• SQL database or relational database skills
